Let's continue the tutorials with Céo =))). Today we will return to an eternal topic that I have "milked" N times but cannot stop yet - the girl with the sunflowers =))) Because it's pretty so I'll draw until getting bored heheeee
Step 1: Prepare a clean sketch like how you clean the house after a day playing around but your mother will be home in just 5 minutes =))))))))))
Step 2: Apply a layer of water on the sketch, then base one more layer with diluted orange color. This step will help to fix the pencil line and prevent the paper from sticking during the painting process.
Step 3: Use peach orange color (still the orange color used to base but add a little red in the ratio of orange 2: 1 red) to press on places such as eyelids, cheeks, shoulders, elbows...
Step 4: Shadow the dark areas, such as under hair, neck, collarbone...etc with purple + blue
Step 5: Paint the petals and character's hat.
Step 6: Base the hair. Here I use brown + a little blue to highlight. It - the highlight - will make the picture less boring, and give it some colors =)))
Step 7: Shade the skirt. Normally this should be the basing step, but because it is a white dress so I'll go straight to the shading step. Anyway, I used payne's gray and indigo to shade the dress.
Step 8: Paint the leaves, and at the same time "convenient" to paint her eyes =)))
Step 9: Shade the hair, just paint as you like and feel reasonable. Or follow what the ancestors told =))))
Step 10: Paint the background and edit a few details, so you've done:>>>
