Watercolor painting step by step - Drawing a girl in school uniform

After the last coloring tutorial, a lot of friends told me to do step by step from sketch to full, so today I will make a little step by step tutorial to des my new OC called Ceryel.

Step 1: Sketching the wire frame - In this step, if you are a beginner, you can refer sources like pinterest, google ... But please note that if you want to post, you must specify the source, or original artist/ pose right beside the picture if you do not know the source UwU
(*) As for the proportions of the human body, I will introduce more in the next posts, here I use the ratio of normal schoolgirls.



Step 2: Draw contours around the outline of the wire frame (frankly speaking, draw the body: D) - In this part, you pay attention to the body lines, the female will be soft and more curves. Mens are rough, stronger: D



Step 3: Sketch details such as hair, clothes, shoes ... etc - This step is creative, so I will not say much:>



Step 4: Line up the main details of the sketch




Step 5: Remove the lead - And we have a very clean complete line: D



Step 6: Use bright colors (or a little dark but not too dark) to base. Before the base, paint a thin layer of water on the paper so that the color is more spilled and even. UwU The base layer can use many different colors to mix, creating a very cool effect =))



Step 7: Shade the parts that need to show light and dark, clothes folds ... with darker tones of the base color. After the shade, you basically have finished the picture, but you can add some extra details using a white pen, emulsion ... etc to make the picture look more blink blink :>
